Fatima Oluwadamilola Amolegbe is a highly networked entrepreneur, program producer, and thought leader in fashion, culture, and institutional development. She is also an accomplished print and digital editorial director, known for her innovative approach to content creation and storytelling.
As the founder of W. Amolegbe Consulting, a global management consultancy specializing in advisory, consulting, and project management, she has spearheaded transformative initiatives. One of her notable achievements is leading the team behind Kwara State’s inaugural Education Futures Summit, which culminated in the landmark Kwara State Education Transformation Agenda (KWETA). Her vision and leadership were instrumental in the launch of KwaraLEARN, a groundbreaking four-year digitalization program for public primary schools in the state.
Oluwadamilola also championed the passage of the Kwara State Education Trust Fund Bill, now a recognized law and agency. Additionally, she facilitated the $50m grant from the a World Bank-backed initiative focused on empowering adolescent girls – KwaraAGILE; working hand-in-hand with H.E Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq to have it approved for the Ministry of Education, Human Capital Development in the state.
In 2023, her contributions were further recognized with her appointment as Executive Secretary of the Kwara State Education Trust Fund board.
She is a part of various charity organizations including being on the board of Dar Al-Awqaf, a foundation passionate about providing development projects and services for the muslim community in Nigeria, including building and refurbishing mosques; Okeya-Ipo 100, a community development driven organization by 100 indigenous citizens from Okeya-Ipo, Kwara State; Reach Nigeria an NGO with the aim to create awareness about nonprofit organizations and community services events across Nigeria, as well as She Builds Lives; a non-profit focused on impacting lives and communities one project at a time.

The foundation strongly believes that mosques should go beyond praying grounds; it should also be a place to build moral standards, enhance spiritualism and intellectual erudition. Dar Al-Awqaf Foundation is also passionate about human capacity development, thereby striving to make every mosque conducive to accommodate these responsibilities.
