Hajia Monsurat Ayoola is the Chairperson for Dar Al-Awqaf Foundation. She is presently the Head, Informal Market Funds & Investment Management at Norrenberger Financial Group. Monsurat is an experienced and licensed Fund Manager and currently heads the team of Advisors focused on managing the Funds & Investments for Informal Sector investors.
Prior to joining Norrenberger, she was the Acting Branch Sales Manager of the Retail Business Unit of ARM Financial Advisers Limited in Abuja. She is highly skilled at business origination, cross selling and product ideation and development. She has about 15 years’ experience which cuts across Retail Asset Management, Mutual Funds Sales, Insurance and Pension, excellent Client Relations Management and Business Development.
She holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in International Relations from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife and currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from Metropolitan School of Business and Management, London, as well as MBA from University of Chichester, England. She holds a Certificate of the Institute of Investment Advisers & Portfolio Managers Training -Investment Management Techniques & Mechanics March 2020 IAPM. She is passionate about professional development. She has attended several trainings on Investment Management Techniques (Institute of Investment Advisers & Portfolio Managers, IAPM), Investment Advisory and Business Development.

The foundation strongly believes that mosques should go beyond praying grounds; it should also be a place to build moral standards, enhance spiritualism and intellectual erudition. Dar Al-Awqaf Foundation is also passionate about human capacity development, thereby striving to make every mosque conducive to accommodate these responsibilities.
